We're a small Irish-Australian team. We've lived both sides of the move ourselves, and we're guided behind the scenes by decades of experience inside Australian schools. We only put forward teachers we'd be happy to vouch for.
Why we do this
Irish teachers are good. Melbourne schools know it, Irish teachers know it, and still the move is harder than it should be. Job boards don't answer emails. Agencies forward CVs by the dozen. Nobody picks up the phone.
So that's the gap we fill. We know what a good classroom looks like, we know how Melbourne schools hire, and we're small enough to work each teacher's file personally. We find the role, contact the school and book the interview. You turn up and teach.
Schools pay us when they hire. Teachers never pay us anything. That's the whole business.
What we don't do
Visas, flights and flats. We're not migration agents and we don't give visa advice. Our guides point you to the official sources, and for visa questions we'll always tell you the same thing: speak to a registered migration agent.
We also don't do volume. We put a small number of teachers forward and we vouch for every one of them, because that's what keeps schools answering our emails.
