Terms of business
One page, plain English. These are the terms attached to every candidate email we send.
1. The fee
Our fee is quoted per role and confirmed in writing before any interview is arranged. It is invoiced on the teacher's first day at your school and payable within 7 days of the invoice date. There is no fee to receive candidates, no fee to interview, and no fee if you don't hire.
2. Replacement guarantee
If a placed teacher leaves or proves unsuitable within 30 days of their start date, we will find you one replacement candidate at no extra charge. Tell us in writing within those 30 days.
3. Introduced candidates
If your school hires a candidate we introduced within 12 months of the introduction, in any role and whether or not we arranged the interview, the placement fee applies.
4. Confidentiality
Candidate files are confidential. Use them only to assess the candidate for your vacancy, share them only with the people making that decision, and delete them if you don't proceed.
5. Visas and registration
We state each candidate's teacher registration status and work rights up front, as confirmed to us by the candidate. We are not migration agents, we don't give visa advice, and we can't guarantee the outcome of any visa or registration application.
6. Accepting these terms
Interviewing a candidate we introduce means you accept these terms. If anything here doesn't work for your school, tell us before the interview and we'll sort it out directly.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia.
