Most recent first. Translate as you go: Junior Infants becomes "Foundation (Junior Infants)", post-primary becomes secondary. Two or three bullet points per role, with numbers where you can.

Education and extras

Extras schools care about, one per line

Coaching, music, camps, clubs, anything you ran. Irish CVs undersell these; Melbourne schools love them.

Referees

Two people who've seen you teach, with mobile numbers. Australian schools ring referees rather than emailing, so warn them, and mention the time difference.
