FOR SCHOOLS

Irish-trained teachers, vetted before you see a CV

We only send teachers we've interviewed ourselves and reference-checked. You pay on placement, nothing before, and we handle the coordination so you don't have to.

Why our teachers are different

Most agencies forward CVs. We forward people we'd hire.

Interviewed by us

Every teacher has had a video call with us before their file goes anywhere. If we wouldn't put them in front of a class, you'll never hear about them.

Reference checked

Two referees, structured questions, written up and attached to the file. Including the child-safety questions you'd ask yourself.

Status up front

VIT registration, work rights and earliest start date are in the first line of the email. No surprises at offer stage.

We run the logistics

We book the interview around the time difference and send both sides the invite. You turn up, decide, and make the offer.

How it works

1. Tell us the role

Email us the ad, or we'll find it. Level, subject, start date, ongoing or fixed term.

2. We send you a file

One email per candidate: a short summary, their CV, the written reference, and our terms. Usually within a week.

3. You interview

We book it. Melbourne mornings work best, since it's evening in Ireland.

4. You make the offer

Directly to the teacher, with us copied in. We stay available through to their first day.

The terms, in plain English

  • One placement fee, quoted up front for each role, invoiced on the teacher's start date, due in 7 days
  • No fee if you don't hire. No fee to interview.
  • One free replacement if the teacher leaves or isn't suitable within 30 days
  • If you hire anyone we introduced within 12 months, the fee applies
  • Candidate details stay confidential
  • Interviewing a candidate means you've accepted these terms

Full terms are attached to every candidate email and linked in the footer.

Questions schools ask

Are Irish teachers registered to teach in Victoria?

Irish-trained teachers are eligible for VIT registration. Many of ours already hold it; the rest are in the process. We state each candidate's status in the first line of their file so you know exactly where they're at.

What about visas and work rights?

We state work rights up front. Many Irish teachers under 35 come on a Working Holiday Visa, which allows work with one employer for six months at a time, extendable. Some already hold permanent work rights. We're not migration agents and don't give visa advice, but we won't send you anyone whose status we haven't confirmed.

Do you do fixed-term and CRT?

Our fee structure is for ongoing roles. If you have a fixed-term contract, talk to us; we can usually help on different terms.

Who are you?

A small Irish-Australian team, guided behind the scenes by decades of experience inside Australian schools. We only work with Irish-trained teachers heading to Melbourne, which is why we can be picky.
