You teach. We do the rest.
Irish-trained, primary or secondary, thinking about Melbourne? Register once and we go to work: finding the role, talking to the school, booking the interview around Irish hours.

This is for you if
- You trained as a teacher in Ireland, primary or post-primary
- You're registered with VIT, applying, or willing to start
- You have Australian work rights, or you're under 35 and eligible for a Working Holiday Visa
- You have a start date in mind and you're committed to it, any term of the year
- You want someone actually working for you, not a job board
We're not the right fit if
- You're looking for visa or migration advice
- You need help with flights, housing or the move itself
- You want a job outside Victoria right now
We only do the bit in the middle: getting you the job. Our guides point you to the right people for everything else.
What happens after you register
Six steps. You do the first one and show up for the fourth. We handle the rest.
1. You register
Two minutes and a CV. You'll have an email from us the same day with a link to book a chat.
2. We have a chat
Fifteen minutes on video. We want to know you well enough to vouch for you to a principal. Ask us anything.
3. We sort your CV and references
Australian schools read CVs differently. We'll get yours into the right shape and check two references so your file is ready to send.
4. We go to the schools
We watch live vacancies across Melbourne and contact the school directly with your file. You'll hear from us the moment one bites.
5. We book the interview
Melbourne mornings, Irish evenings. We find a slot that works for both and send you a calendar invite with the video link.
6. You get the offer
The school offers you the job directly. We stay in the loop until it's signed, and we're on the end of the phone after that too.

It costs you nothing. Ever.
Schools pay us when they hire you. You never will. No fees, no deductions from your pay, no catch. If anyone asks you for money to find teaching work in Australia, walk away.
When to register
Now, honestly. Here's the Victorian hiring calendar so you can see why.
Schools hire for January
The biggest window of the year. Most ongoing roles for Term 1 are filled now.
Term 1 starts
Victorian schools go back in the last week of January. You'd want to land a fortnight before.
Schools hire for July
The second window. Smaller, but real, especially for secondary.
Get VIT sorted
Registration takes weeks. Start it from Ireland so you're ready when a school says yes.
Miss a window? Schools still hire all year. Leave cover and mid-year vacancies are advertised every month, and a good contract often turns ongoing.
For teachers
Let's get you a classroom
Two minutes, then we start working. You'll have an email from us today with what happens next and a link to book your call.
